If you cancel your booking more than 3 days prior to the date of arrival, an administrative fee of £20 will be charged.
If you cancel your booking 3 days prior to the date of arrival, the booking will be charged in full.
To secure the booking the cost of the first night's stay will be charged as a deposit.The balance of payment will be due 5 working days prior to arrival.
Check in time is from 4pm - please advise if arrival is likely to be after 7.30pm.
