Breakfast

Whatever you have planned for the day, we like to help start it off with a good breakfast. Wherever possible we try to get local produce such as our smoked salmon from the Ullapool Smokehouse. We have a spacious breakfast room with a wonderful view of the loch. We take your order in the evening beforehand and have it prepared for you between between 8 and 9am.   We will try to accommodate other times if you let us know.

If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know and we will try to make arrangements where we can.  We make our own granola and sausages (both link sausages and square sliced) and these are all gluten free.

BREAKFAST SELECTION

• Cereals, home-made granola (vegan), fruit juice, fruit and yoghurts from buffet table.

Select from:

• Oatmeal porridge with either cream or a homemade fruit compote;

• Ullapool Smoked Salmon with homemade potato waffle and soured cream

• A continental platter of meats, cheeses, fruit, croissant

• Homemade Belgian waffle with banana and chocolate sauce

• Your choice from  -  Homecured Bacon/Tomato/Homemade Sausage/Cockburns black pudding/Mushrooms/Beans/Egg (vegetarian/vegan sausages available)

• Fried, scrambled or boiled egg
  

Our porridge, waffles, sausages and muffins are free from gluten containing ingredients.
